The committee brings together executives from across the mobility sector, including rail, aviation, logistics and freight forwarding, transport operators, shared mobility providers, and autonomous driving. It advises the IHK on transport policy and focuses on three key objectives:

  • Strengthening Munich and Upper Bavaria as a business location

  • Further developing the regional transport system

  • Contributing to climate protection in the transport sector

For INYO Mobility, the reappointment reinforces the company’s commitment to establishing autonomous electric light vehicles as a complement to public transport, particularly for first- and last-mile connectivity.

As a manufacturer and systems integrator of Level 4 autonomous vehicles, Rauno Fuchs brings this perspective to the committee, with a particular focus on how autonomous mobility can be integrated into existing transport services.

“Autonomous driving will benefit the region when it is designed around the actual needs of passengers and transport operators. I am pleased to continue bringing this perspective to the Transport Committee.” - Rauno Fuchs, Chief Business Officer, INYO Mobility GmbH
