INYO Mobility Joins the Initiative for a Digital Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem (INITIATIVE ÖKOSYSTEM MOBILITÄT 4.0)

INYO Mobility is proud to announce its participation in the kick-off workshop for the Ecosystem Mobility 4.0 initiative. Together with partners from industry, research, and public administration, we are working to advance an autonomous mobility ecosystem that is open, networked, and accessible to everyone.

The inaugural workshop took place on June 3, 2025, in Berlin, bringing together key stakeholders to establish the digital foundations for demand-responsive autonomous transport. The primary goal is to develop standardized interfaces and reference architectures that allow for the reliable and scalable integration of autonomous shuttles in both urban and rural environments.

Building a Scalable Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem with the INYO CAB

As the developers of the INYO CAB, our compact, lightweight shuttle for personalized public transport,we have been deeply involved in the technical, operational, and social requirements of these systems since day one. We are eager to contribute this specialized knowledge to the initiative to help build a robust autonomous mobility ecosystem.

The focus of our collaboration remains clear:

• Developing open standards for seamless vehicle integration.

• Ensuring scalability between city centers and rural outskirts.

• Creating practical solutions that are ready for real-world deployment.

We look forward to collaborating with our partners to define how autonomous transit can be meaningfully implemented in Germany ensuring it is open, practical, and accessible for all users.
